Renee's Birthday Cake!

One morning, I received a phone call requesting a birthday cake to feed 150 people. And could it be a Banana Cake? Yes, why not!

When the caller rang again to pay for the cake I asked for more details. Like what should I write on the cake itself?

"Can you put, 'Happy Birthday Renee' on it?" she asked. 

And then it dawned on me. Renee Zellwegger was in the area making 'Miss Potter', and her birthday is the 25th April - the day the cake was collected. 

The lady who picked up the cake confirmed that it was carried into the party by 'Rabbit', and when I later enquired if Renee had actually tried the cake herself, she replied, "Oh yes! She certainly did!"
